Shipping & Returns
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from www.jesse-j.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Jessie & J does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order 1-13 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information. Estimated shipping times are displayed below :
Ground — $5.99 (5-7 Business Days)
Express — $14.99 (2-3 Business Days)
Overnight – $24.99 (1-2 Business Days)
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Jessie & J reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Jessie & J reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to: An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;” An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Similarly, Jessie & J reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Follow the steps below to ensure a successful return!
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Must be unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached
At this time, we do not provide return labels and it is the customers obligation to pay shipping costs to the returns department
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged items, incorrect items, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise. Any reports after that will only be issued store credit.
Need to make an exchange? Due to our constant changing availability, we do not offer product exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, follow our returns process and you will be issued store credit via online gift card to repurchase desired exchange item.

Depending on the shipping method selected, your return may take several days to reach us. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center.
Helpful Hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
